I’m very upset with the service my rav4 received today. This car is new. It hasn’t been a month that I have it. Not only were the seats not vacuumed. Someone scratched the door from the drivers side I noticed once home bc when they give u the car back they have the door open for you. I will never be coming back I’ll wash my own car next time. Estoy bien molesta con el servicio que le hicieron a mi carro nuevo hoy. No le pasaron la vacuum como dijo el seńor y a la puerta del manejador le dejaron rasguńos. Ni siquiera e tenido este carro un mez. Pa la otra lo lavo yo.

Best car wash place there is!! I took my car looking all filthy from the inside. I thought you would need a miracle for it to look clean from the inside and they pulled it off. Carlos was the person that cleaned and washed my car and he left it looking brand new!! He also did a great job waxing the car. Without a doubt, Hands down this place is the Best Car Wash place. You won't regret bringing your car here, I strongly recommend it!!!

Quick and appreciate that they didn't take long. Should have someone check car before release to customer, may take a couple of minutes but customer satisfaction would be 5 stars

They are fast washing cars .but when I asked to plz clean my leather seats They left my seats like they throw a gallon of oil in there. So sticky and bad cleaning interior. Worse service ever 😑😡

Honestly I cannot recommend this place. The owner and employees change the price every time our company take our company vehicles to get washed. I would Honestly recommend you look for another place. The owner is very arrogant and said if you don't like my prices leave.

Very fast service even though there was a "all the way outside lane" just to enter buy still my vehicle was ready like a flash and well cleaned! Good job guys, keep it up! My dad recommended this place, and my dad was right, they're good and fast!! Highly recommended!

Went to Paul again for my Toyota Camry that someone had cracked the passenger mirror glass and scratched up the exterior. The damage was too small to go with insurance so I called up Paul to start explaining what happened before he said he already knew what to do for me. The photos are pretty self explanatory, but I just got to add that this took him about 30 seconds to wipe the mark off clean, and prop in a new mirror class for me. I am a happy customer and again super glad I found this guy.

May I say that I have been wanting to try Tio Car Wash since I bought my car in 2011. Reason? At their previous location, they were rate BY GOOGLE as one of the best overall for a detailing. I finally came upon an opportunity to take my car in--WITH a Groupon even--and actually received customer service and car servicing that well exceeded my expectations.

I will definitely never coming back to this place! I noticed today they use Roma detergent soap to wash the cars 🤦‍♀️ I don't have a new car but anyways that's not the appropriate soap to wash cars honestly I feel bad for those with brand new cars plus now they are charging $18 for a regular size car.

Worst car wash I've ever had done on my vehicle, the interior was just wiped down in certain sections and others weren't even touched horribly done. I took longer paying the outrages amount than them finishing washing vehicle.!

Never coming back to this place. Came here for my seats to be cleaned due to a spill. My seats are brand new and this person did a horrible job. They left permanent stains all over including scratches. I am extremely dissapointed with their service. I do not recommend to anyone.

They're fast and cheaper than other places that take twice as long. Other places charge extra for tire dressing and air freshener spray. Tio Car Wash includes it in each wash. They do an excellent job!!!

Very professional and price is reasonable. The experience was good and they were really quick. This place took out the bad smell that was left by the tinting shop who tinted my car and it was really hard to get the smell out.

The reason's why they are getting one star do to the fact their professionalism and work ethic? I'm not talking about all the employees,..!!! I went in there requesting to get a shampoo and interior cleaned, I went in there prepared and ready all my seats where unbolted and ready to be taken off for easier access for better cleaning and yet none of that was done right,.. yes he did clean my carpet that he left it soaking wet and still filthy I took it upon myself since I was already there I use there pressure washer to clean my seats and some plastics mouldings pieces that I took off the vehicle they charge me another additional $25 for something I worked and I did on my own,.. the point I'm trying to make here is? You pay for what you get,.. if you want professional service done right don't go there please save your time and money

Horrible customer service really bad experience it was my first time there since I live near by I had no idea line was outside they immediately kicked me out as if I was trying to cut the line how was I supposed to know? They were very disrespectful, they could of atleast kindly informed me I would not recommend this place to anyone. Luckily I found a great carwash down the street called Chavalon carwash they were very friendly and did a great job on my suv they even gave me and my son water not to mention prices are way better!

Came here today because our regular car wash was closed. They didn’t vacuum everything, the car was still dirty. I paid more for armor all and they didn’t Do a good job you can see missed spots. My mom pointed it out and the guy was bothered. She told him this is the first time I come here and I’m disappointed, I’m not going to return and the guy said “okay don’t come back” not the best customer service in my opinion.

So I take my car to wash, nobody greets or say what to do. Then I go pay the cashier and I sit infront of them to wait for my car. After more than 30 mins I was obviously concerned of what happened to my car, I get up ask the cashier and his like “oh yeah it’s ready it’s parked at the McDonald’s” so nobody bother to tell me my car was ready!? And I was sitting there the whole time! Then I get to my car and one window was cracked open a bit and water inside! I like the attention put into the cars but that’s the worst experience and I never do reviews.

Great place for a car wash but they up the price every year .usto pat 9 dollars then they switched to 10 ...now like 14 bucks still a good place and there safe with your car . if you find a spot just tell them they will clean it

I like to get the wash and wax their I like the job that they do it's definitely a hot spot for locals. There is a nice wait time during the weekends but when you leave you'll be happy with the work.a little pricier for tue wax but you can tell the difference between there waxing and other local spots.

The only 100% hand washed carwash in MILES. Very fast service. In and out in less than 20 min with a perfectly washed car on the outside and completely cleaned and organized on the inside. I will never go to another drive through carwash again.
